No matter whether it is a flange, a valve fitting, a tank or a heat exchanger – the consequences of leaks are protracted and expensive. To save the customer unnecessary downtimes, since 2015, Kremsmueller offers the mobile leak sealing service. Thanks to the new possibilities of work deployment, ongoing operation is not disturbed.

In cooperation with a renowned company in this sector, Kremsmueller built specially trained teams for this sensitive work. They have experience with all kinds of media, like steam, water, hydrocarbons, gas and the most varied chemicals. The temperature at which leak sealing can be carried out ranges from -135°C to +700°C.

The leak sealing as well as hot tapping can be easily done on-site. The maximum pressure is 400bar. But sealing can also be done in the negative pressure range. Thanks to the mobile means of working, operation is not disturbed during the action. The customer effectively saves time and money.
