Career paths in the Kremsmueller Group
The passing on of practical and useful knowledge, the discovery and promotion of young talent, advanced training and constant motivation of the employees, learning from the „real veterans“ – these are just some of the aspects to which a great deal of importance is attached in the further education and continuing education process at Kremsmueller. After all, it was only with well-trained, motivated and hence satisfied employees that it was possible to achieve the high quality standards that Kremsmueller has striven for and maintained during the last 51 years.
Bundled knowledge. In cooperation with the leading Upper Austrian energy provider, an entirely new training concept in the area of power systems has been designed. In an inter-company training arrangement, apprentices from Kremsmueller spend a certain part of their apprenticeship time in the apprentice workshop of the cooperation partner, to be trained there as power systems technicians. The youngsters can thus acquire expert knowledge from different areas.
Stagnation? That’s a foreign word. Apart from sound training, apprentices have a real chance for further education and a career in the Kremsmueller Group. At three different locations, young people learn their craft in the commercial and technical areas. Employees who have completed their training always have access to further and continuing education.
Across generations. The challenging „Industrial Construction“ division requires absolute ability and decades of experience. In the Karl Kremsmüller Welding Academy, knowledge, technology and experience of the highest level are imparted. The declared goal of the company’s in-house academy is the training of world-class welders.
