At the end of last year, all the apprenticeships from the various locations of the Kremsmueller Group gathered for the apprentices’ day in Steinhaus. Together with their trainers, the young people spent a day at the company headquarters. The packed schedule for the day included seminars, discussion rounts and of course, a company tour.

The variety of traineeship offers within the Kremsmueller Group was also seen on the apprentices’ day: from electrical engineering apprentices to mechanical engineering apprentices, welders and sheet-metal workers: a broad spectrum of skilled craft sectors were represented here.

The module apprenticeship is found to be particularly attractive. It consists of a double apprenticeship – i.e. a main module and an auxiliary module. Youngsters can freely select the combination, depending on their talent and interest. They then have two completed apprenticeships in hand and can start their career at Kremsmueller with this bundled knowledge.

There is a wide range of training offers in the Kremsmueller Group. The young people learn their trade in the commercial or technical sphere at three different locations. Apart from thorough training, the trainees get a real opportunity for further training and a career in the works.
