Commitment to Apprentices
The great importance Kremsmüller attaches to apprenticeship training was recently honoured with an award.
The Institute for Economic Advancement of Lower Austria (WIFI NÖ) honoured Kremsmüller with the instructors’ trophy 2017. Over the last ten years, Kremsmüller in Lower Austria (Schwechat) has successfully accompanied the largest number of apprentices in proportion to the size of the company and the sector right up to the end of their training.
At Kremsmüller we are constantly striving to optimise our training programmes as can be seen from the examples of training alliances or exchange programmes with partner companies. In addition, a training centre was established in Schwechat about two years ago to impart practical knowledge and skills to prospective instrumentation and control engineers.
Currently, 28 apprentices are being trained at the Steinhaus, Schwechat and Krieglach sites. You can find detailed information about the range of apprenticeships we offer and those which have vacancies, here.
